These Latex Amber 3 Packs (300 count, 3/16 inch, Medium 4.8mm) have been a lifesaver for my sleep apnea mouthguard! I use a mandibular advancement device to help with my sleep apnea, and it requires small rubber bands to keep my jaw in the correct position and stop snoring. The quality is great, and with 300 bands in a pack, they last a long time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few bands in the pack seemed a little thinner than the rest, but overall, they hold up well throughout the night without snapping. If you need replacement bands for a sleep apnea mouthguard, braces, or any other dental device, these are a great choice!

Same quality as the elastics that my orthodontist gave me. Good to have on hand as the free packet you get from dentist is not enough. They are cheap enough that I don’t need to be too careful with them and can also change them before bedtime
