The size
The size of the Rocker is small for my foot size hence being not comfortable for use. That's the reason for return. Thanks

Only good upto size 4 foot. Mine is size 10

The wooden stretcher is sturdy even with my full weight on it (260lb). It works better for plantar fasciitis than using a strap, wall, or step to stretch. Really helps my feet and simple to use - as long as you have something like an armoire or wall to help balance.

Love it, it just works, it does the stretch right up to your buttocks, after a couple days a lil sore butt area after that no leg problems at all or feet, if u have plantar get this one of the best things Ive used I highly recommend ๐

I had to use this in PT for plantar fasciitis, and since my issue is chronic and I'm tired of driving to PT I got this item and a couple more things that are used for the PT so I could just stay home and do the exercises. This has really helped and is just as good as those used at the regular PT sites I've been sent to.
