I much prefer this to the flavoured versions. This fully diluted with Almond milk, went down a treat, and seemed to work very well!

If you’re prone to bowel or tummy irregularities then biomel will certainly help. Easy to whisk into cereal milk or orange juice, the unflavoured is exactly that.

i like the flavour, I mix it with greek yohurt and it tastes a bit like Horlicks. Although I do think this product has made some difference, it has not done anything for my bloating. It has made me feel very hungry, I guess that's speeded up digestion, and also improved my 'movements'. I've been taking it for nearly a month. I do wonder if it might take a few months to really see the benefits, and I also wonder if i'm not taking enough maybe, I'm on a heaped teaspoonful a day. But at the price it is, I can't really afford to have more than that. Everyone is different and this product might work better on some as most of the reviews suggest. If is was cheaper I might perserve, but think I will look for something similar but cheaper. Also, check the added vitamins and minerals if you're already taking supplements .

Buyer beware - look at the weight, This is good and loved that it wasn't flavoured, but watch out - check price and weight. When it arrived it was only 150gms - the same price as I had paid for vanilla flavour weighing 450gm bought directly from Biomel.

This stuff is good- but I don’t think it’s a miracle worker as some of the advertising might suggest. I’ve tried many many herbs, digestive enzymes, GI powders and probiotics over the years. Have struggled with IBS for over 20 years. So I’ve tried a lot of what’s on the market. I think this helps with digestion and erm, regularity! But it doesn’t really do much for my bloating, and it’s quite expensive for what it is. If it was a bit cheaper, I would maybe purchase again. But you get a small pack which I think is only supposed to last a month. I’ll keep using it and will update review if I can. But overall this is a pricey supplement that promises a little too much.

This is the only Biomel product I buy as it doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners. Works well to keep me regular.

I have never used gut supplements before so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I didn't expect anything from it either and I must say I understand the hype. My gut is not bloated at all I am regular now and feel less hunger and cravings too and I have only been using it for 4 days so these results are only after 4 uses. Only Downside is I blend it with water and it takes alot of effort to blend it. It does go lumpy.

Great but not as great as some well known capsules. Made a difference in 2 weeks and kept it up. I chose to stop for a while and then restart, so I can be aware of what my health is without this intervention.
