You can truly notice and feel the positive difference. I experienced no side effects. I've bought it several times and will likely continue to do so.

I prefer to use dry type ingredients and veggie-capsules over an oil base gelatin capsules. This product has basic, minimum ingredients, with trace minerals, and non-GMO. Earth Harmony has other products waiting for next time.
