This is hands down the best jerk I have used. The flavor is authentic. The value is great b/c a little goes a long way. When cooking it’s aromatic. You can’t go wrong with any of walkerswood products.

Love this jerk seasoning! I tuck it under the skin of chicken legs or thighs, with some on top as well, and bake till crispy. Be careful though! I wear latex gloves when I'm spreading onto the meat because if you've got even a tiny cut....ouchy!

This is very good, but be aware of the heat! I purchased the mild yet it still has quite a kick. I can't imagine how hot the hot version is. The mild is well worth it. I'm glad I bought it.

A true authentic taste of 🇯🇲 Jamaican Jerk 🇯🇲 in a nice quality reusable glass bottle! The Mild flavor is a relative step down from Hot & Spicey. Either way, the scotch bonnet's are well defined and flavorful, no real need to add additional spices from my humble perspective. It's a complete all-in-one seasoning nicely interchangeable for any protein.

Love this stuff. It's very flavorful and a little goes a long way. After brining (or salting) you can pretty much just put this on your meat and cook. This mild paste is pretty spicy so be cautious about how much you use and how long you use it to marinate.

Make sure you know what your tolerance is. Mine is green. If you want flavor with a kick this is the stuff. I'm on my 8th jar. That's fantastic tastes great on eggs. Just about anything.

This is our favorite of all the jerk sauces around. Just the perI use it all the time and recommend it highly if you love a really spicy sauce and still want to taste the other flavors.

Excellent taste however I'm taking a star away for being too punchy for "mild" - this has a real kick and I'm left wondering what heat level their "normal" jerk seasoning would be! Great product, just beware this isn't a particularly mild or even medium sauce - and I'm Indian!
