Lesson learned. Glitch in the matrix. They never received the needed information I sent them. They are sending me the needed board as well as money off. Despite 3 months later in getting the information from me. Always double check the system sent the reply to the company. Very nice customer service. Upgraded my stars to 5. Definitely like this company!!Nice unit, decently sturdy, fairly easy to assemble. Shelf height between shelves I like, I can put cute baskets to organize. But one shelf came in split all the way across. I contacted the them, and was assured replacement was on its way, but 3 months later, still no replacement board. Would have given 4- 5 stars but for that. I don't like getting service with no word at all, no emails, no notification of part replacement being shipped out to me at all in the 3 months since I got it and promptly contacted them.

Shelf makers need to create more of this size and shape. We live in a 1,000 sq ft condo in a large city and this shelf is attractive, sturdy, simple to assemble and best of all, takes up very little space. Just ideal!

This this 4 tier shelf is perfect for my crafting space. It was so easy to put together. The shelves are real wood and snap on to the brackets welded to the frame. It took me longer to unwrap all the packing material than it did to put it together. They give you the Allen wrench needed to attach the cross brace in the back. I'll buy again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

It looks nice where I put it in foyer just outside kitchen. Was very happy it assembled quickly. Tried to put wood shelves in when it was on the floor and it wasn't working. Then I stood it up and put it in place and shelves went in very easily. who knew? Apparently not ne.

The 3 shelf unit was easy to assemble for the most part. No real problems. Just make sure that you double check that the shelves are really snapped on at the end. Once you hear the sound of them snapping in, you’re good to go. It’s cute and just the right size for what I needed it for. The wood is a fairly light color, the metal is black. I’m glad that I bought it.

Really good. Easy to set up, the shelves aren't cheap particle board.I got the 5 tier, and I like it, but it's not that stable. There are 2 holes to screw it into the wall which would solve it.

It was packaged very well took me longer to unpack it than it did to put it together...
