I previously rated this product a one star because I thought the product wasn’t working properly; however, I did not have the cord pushed into my computer completely. When I moved, the cord would not charge until I wiggled the cord and then it would start working again. Note: At first when you put the cord into your device, it will feel like it will only go halfway and you still see part of the silver piece; however, push until the silver is no longer showing. All is working properly so I rate this a 5. One thing I did notice is that my computer gets pretty hot on the bottom.

This charger works great. Charges my laptop fast. It’s made very good, looks great and is priced just right.

In early Februaru I had purchased this exact charger after my last one kicked the bucket. It worked fine originally, and then not even twenty days after recieving it the thing broke. I thought this might have been a one-off thing as chargers are finnicky and always seem to die (or have to be positioned in certain ways for it to work, like this one), so I bought a second one in late February. I got it around March 1, and by March 25th the same exact thing happened. The charger was working fine, and then suddenly it has to be positioned in the most obnoxious ways to get an inkling of charge. Actively, to charge my laptop I've got the actual laptop at a near 90 degree angle as otherwise the charger doesn't work whatsoever. This isn't an issue on part of my laptop as I've seen other reviews here just like this one. I've spent around $50 for this product and got nothing to show for it besides a loss for money and a dead laptop. I would love a refund or a replacement but big corpa probably gonna ignore this and let more and more people fall into this crappy scam.

UPDATE: I ordered one of these and it was having trouble after a few days. Basically, it wouldn't charge devices unless it was positioned EXACTLY right. I'm sure everyone has had this issue before. The seller contacted me and offered to send a new unit. Naturally I accepted. After using the new charger for a solid month, I haven't encountered the same issue. The cable is durable and works well. Still, I wouldn't say it's perfect. There's no issue with consistent charging, but I have noticed that it takes a little bit more force to slot the pin in than with most chargers. We'll see how it works in the long term, but given the responsiveness of the seller, I can definitely recommend this charger.

Great 65-watt USB-C charger. Picked up for spare laptop chargers - don't EVER want to have just one charger for a laptop! Same size/form factor as an HP Spectr 360 but it also works quite well with an ASUS UX3405. I keep one charger in my bag, and one out & about. But that way, after grabbing the laptop and dumping it into my bag, I don't need to look around to grab the charger, I can just leave

Quick delivery, exactly like the original. Great value for the money. Light and long enough to give you space.

It does what it suppose to do. It’s the same cord length, size, shape, connections, and performance as it is supposed to be. No difference between the charger the laptop came with. Will end up ordering another, it’s a kids laptop and the charger is always the first thing to stop working because the kids are rough on the cords. But that’s a user error issue, not an issue with the product.

This charger literally does not last past a year. I’ve literally been buying this charger once a year for the past four years. I do not recommend at all, but nothing else works for my laptop so I don’t have a choice.
