I take several AL products for prevention and good health. When I started to have hot spells for the first time in my life, it was also the first time I reached out to AL help me with an immediate problem. It smells like rotten eggs but might be helping.

I didn't think this was really working at first. But then when I got to the end of the first month of taking them and I noticed: I have more energy, I sleep better at night and even if I wake up I go right back to sleep. I am not sweeting as bad at night. I still have some perimenopause symptoms. But I do think this supplement helps.

EDIT UPDATE: 6/30/23 Okay this product is incredible. I missed taking ONE pill night before last and I SWEAT ALL NIGHT LONG LAST NIGHT. It really does work! And I only need to take one a day - it gets the job done. Could not rec any higher. WOW! 6/10/23 I’m a super sceptic when it comes to herbs. I like science. I like facts. When I bought this last week I did it out of desperation. The whole “waking up with my entire body wet-even my hands and fingers"! Who knew fingers could sweat. Anyway, I’ve been taking one a day for about a week and hot damn! My nightmare night sweats have decreased! The last few nights, sure I have got flashes BUT I DONT SOAK THE SHEETS WITH MY SWEAT! I have been suffering from random hot flashes- can’t seem to find a good natural solution- no alcohol, drank lots of water, nothing made a difference until I started taking one pill a day.
