This product should be made use of alongside other products, namely preferably pygeum and/or cotton root extract and/or maca. Sad it's kinda expensive. Part of me wishes this supplement was something that was just "added in" other products.

I buy this once a while and I do try to take it everyday. It definitely helps with energy levels throughout the day, but you do have to eat it consistently. I noticed that the price always changes, so if you see it at a good price, you should stock up.
