I took a chance ordering chairs on-line because I have an Ashley sofa. These chairs match the color of the sofa (9 yrs old!) perfectly...only the texture is a bit different. I am 5'2" & my husband is 5'11" and the chairs fit us both perfectly. They are nice and firm and the arms are the right height for comfort. One flaw in the assembly process: The Allen wrench provided is much too short. The bolt is long so a lot of wrench-turning is required. The standard size Allen wrench is hard on the fingers and it is also difficult to reach the bolt. I would advise the manufacturer to provide a wrench 5" x at least 4" in order to provide its customers ease of assembly --- especially for those might not have someone to help them! My husband ended up cutting the wrench and using it as a drill bit. If I were doing it on my own I might have just returned the chairs...which would have annoyed me greatly as I love these chairs and they have given me the perfect seating arrangement!

The chair is very nice, comfortable and cute. The only issue we are having is with one of the legs, it keeps loosening up and makes the chair wobbly. My husband keeps having to tighten it.

Bought two of these chairs for our living room. They are sturdy and comfortable. Took a little maneuvering to get the legs attached but it was well worth it!! They are contemporary and fashionable and we have gotten many compliments.

My wife was pleasantly surprised to receive these 2 chairs for Christmas. She was very pleased with the quality and they were a better price than I found on another site. Assembly was very easy and the comfort is amazing. She hasn't stopped sitting in the chairs yet as they are now her favorites.

Love these chairs, easy to assemble, and looks great in my sunroom. UPDATE: changing my original 5-star rating to 1. We hardly sit in the sunroom, so these chairs are barley used. We are not large people who would break things down easy. And the cushions have springs showing so much so it is painful to sit on. Not to impressed with Ashley Furniture.

The chairs themselves are fairly simple to assemble, as they come mostly put together, and the only thing the purchaser must do is attach the legs. That said, the hardware situation is a complete disaster. On both of the chairs I purchased, the plastic bag which was suppose to hold all the hardware were ripped, and therefore, all the hardware (8 screws, 8 washers, 8 lock-washers, an allen wrench/hex key, and 4 little felt pads that are supposed to go on the bottom of the legs so they don't scratch the floor, were all strewn about INSIDE the armchair. That doesn't sound like that much of a nightmare. Trust me, it was. The chairs are not made to be able to access the inside of the chair, and so thus ensued an infuriating game of SHAKE THE CHAIR. The hardware took its sweet time coming out in a "making it rain" type fashion, but because of the nature of the chair's construction, and the light weight of the washers, lock-washers, and felt pads, things were getting stuck behind wood panels. It was annoying, to say the least. On one of the chairs, only 7 screws were rained forth from the chair, so I actually had to go buy another screw so I could finish the assemble. Crap-tastic.That said, they look nice when assembled, and are decent shape for the price. Three stars.

This is a small, yet sturdy and comfortable piece of furniture. It fits perfectly in the corner of my room. It doesn’t take up a bunch of space. The fabric is very nice. The color is as pictured. I would purchase another and put a small tea table between them. It would be perfect!

Came 3 days early...YAY! Very easy to put together. Not the highest in quality for Ashley ( foam cushioning and a little lumpy as you can see from the photo up on the left top of the chair) but Hey...for the $$$ it fits our needs just fine! I've seen it listed for $399 and would be disappointed if we had paid that amount.
