Not good after 2days

The media could not be loaded. We have got it but after 2 days it hasn’t changed after charging for an hour it still does not work can we get a replacement or refund and it also said for ₹3712 but when we checked Amazon it appeared that it was for ₹671 and with a butterfly on it but it was not there so please we want a replacement for

Total waste of money.

Not works as received. Not refundable policy not worth. Customer money got spoiled. Amazon should take action this and such selles. Afterall Amazons brand image getting damaged.
