I really did not have high hopes for this and was expecting to return it, but oh my gosh, I'm so pleased and it works amazing and looks nice too. It keeps my coffee warm and I love that it has multiple temperatures and turns on and off when I lift my cup off of it or set it back down. Totally worth the money great purchase.

Easy to use, heats up well, easy to wipe clean if there is a spill. (Does get hot to the touch on the heating element. Do not recommend leaving it unattended after use until it cools down)

This has made drinking tea or coffee while working so much easier! I don't always use my stainless steel mugs, so my drinks get cold. Well, no more! This has adjustable temperatures and keeps my drinks at the perfect temperature until I finish them. I am just about to buy more as gifts!

The coffee warmer really gets hot, but depending on the design of the cup will not heat up the liquid inside properly. One trick I learned to do is to put a coin on the plate and then set the cup on top of the coin. The bottom of the cup doesn’t completely make contact with the plate so the coin helps with that.

Purchased as gift for my boyfriend who's work from home and drinks a pot every day. He LOVES it. It has held up with half a year of use at time of writing this. Easy to use. It shuts itself off if it's not being used (has a pressure plate and timer i believe) and he raves about how something so simple improved his day. No more trips to the kitchen to microwave the coffee. There are tons of options for these things but this one has worked for us

This was the perfect cup warmer: Adjustable temp setting, adjustable auto-off, safety off, easy to use, and good looking. I didn't use it a lot and never abused it but it did a great job until 6 months later when now it no longer works.The display may light up as expected...or not. Or the entire display will light up and then go out. If it does activate normally it will only be on for a few seconds and then turn off. No matter what, it no longer heats up.I'm pretty disappointed because this is *everything* I wanted in a cup warmer and it is a fairly simple device so I fail to understand how it can stop working just out of the blue. The three Mr. Coffee on/off units I have from Goodwill (under $5 each) are still going strong after literally years of use and the one in my shop has been knocked around a few times and it still 100% functional.
