How long does it last? Is it suitable for long term storage?

To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Blend or use a whisk to mix until smooth. Dry storage, sealed container should last 6mo to 1 year.
