Eight months ago, I purchased one of their products, and I unfortunately received an item that had an unpleasant odor and the plastic ripped during use on conference to Wisconsin. I did not post a comment until 8 months later when I was getting ready for another long-distance conference and I started shopping for another garment bag though. As I was shopping, I decided to leave a comment and to my surprise they reached out to me immediately and replaced my garment bag. The new bag was sent with express shipping and arrived in time for my next trip! I am very impressed by this new replacement and its quality. Not only is it free from any rips or defects, but it also had no unpleasant odors. It was clear to me that I had made an excellent choice in selecting your brand. (It also looks so professional! I know my mother traveled a great deal when I was young and always complained about not being able to find a quality garment bag and my order includes two bags for her!) Tried to wash it and it did not come out. I needed this last minute, so I was forced to use it. I sprayed some fabric febreze in it and that was all I could do. Usage wise it worked well, but after just one use the clear portion ripped. Would not recommend. ]

This garnet bag is light in weight, sturdy, roomy and foldable into a nice carry with the two handled loops provided for that purpose. Nice for a weekend escape without having unpack and hang garments after arriving at destination. I also plan to use it for blankets that a friend of mine sells and are nice to take with on occasion. I recommend this product, no frills just a basic garment bag.

This uniform holder is pretty good for the price. I actually put a couple of suits in it and it fits and holds them well. Definitely not bad for the price. It zips up and down easily and it doesn't cause anything to wrinkle or get dusty.

Great product for storing and transporting clothing without the experience of wrinkles. Has the appropriate length for gowns and suits. The zipper will stand up to frequent use provided the storage capacity is not exceeded.

We had a bus trip for a music performance and this garment bag held the suit safely and securely. I put the shoebox in a plastic bag to hang from the hangers outside of the case, stuck a piece of blue painters tape on the clear window with a name for easy identification, and off it went packed in with instruments and other folks' dress attire. It made it back all in one piece, as well, and seems sturdy enough to withstand more travel like this. I wouldn't use it to check luggage for a flight, but it's a useful purchase for our needs.

Good product that will serve my purpose. My only suggestion would be that the opening at the top for the hangers be a little larger.

It's worth the low price but dont expect much from it. The most important thing to know is that it is NOT "heavy duty." Don't expect to travel with this, it will rip and possibly only last one trip at best. It's light duty only. It's a bargain bag so expect bargain quality.
