If you're expecting fruity pebbles, I'm going to stop you right here. FP, they are not. There is no Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, Hanna Barbera or Montana up in this cereal. No, really, I need you to hear me cause I don't want you to have a craving and get your hopes up. These have neither the texture nor taste of those sugar pebbles we grew up on. THAT SAID, these are surprisingly good for a keto cereal. The amount of protein for the serving amount is excellent! I'm very sensitive to the protein "flavor" in anything, and I have no problem whatsoever with these. That's truly saying something because protein is the first ingredient on the list. So I've covered what these aren't like, I also want to give my opinion of what they are like. They are cronchy! Think of a rice crisp in a candy bar kind of crunch. I think it's a bit startling at first because your brain is expecting the FP trademark "gentle crunch", but this is really satisfying. It almost feels like you're eating something naughty. You rebel, you. Now on to taste. The best comparison I can come up with at the moment is remember those big frozen ice pops we used to get from the ice cream truck? Not those triangle ones from school on Friday, but the big ice pops that came in a plastic sleeve. I think they were literally called "Big Ice" or something like that. That's what the fruit flavor reminds me of. Present, but not overpowering. It definitely pays homage to sugar pebbles but has its own flavor. Bottom line Snack House has given us a great taste to go with a great texture. Add some Fairlife milk for even more protein and boom- your tum tum and brain are equally happy with your first good choice of the day. Go forth and be fit! I hope this review helps!

These are really really good. my 8 year old loves them and she's not even keto. I have spent a lot more money then this because cereal was a big thing I missed when I went Keto. I tried magic spoon, 6 different flavors, and spent close to 100 bucks and could not eat most of them. they had a really weird texture and although some of them didn't have a bad flavor, some of them really did. I was really disappointed. I have tried at least 4 other keto cereal brands and guys, I have made cinnamon "sugar" pork rinds to be like cinnamon toast crunch. They were actually better then the super expensive cereals but this stuff is an absolute reorder for me. I am really looking forward to trying the other flavors. The texture is a little harder than regular kix for example but the nice thing is they don't get all soggy. The serving size may seem small but when I am in ketosis, I don't eat much because i am always full. So its really a fantastic option. I cannot tell you how excited I was that this actually tastes like cereal with no weird after taste. If you have been keto for awhile you know the stuff is expensive but this cereal is by far one of the most worth it products I have tried.

I've tried 20 different keto/high-protein cereals for the purposes of reviews, so I know a thing or two about what makes a keto cereal actually decent. I review products on social media, and never leave Amazon reviews, but this warrants one... This was, by far, the worst keto cereal I have ever tried. The chemical taste is so insanely strong & bitter that this was just painful to eat. Yes, it's crunchy, but that means absolutely nothing if there is no flavor. Not only that, but at $15, it's the most expensive keto cereal I have tried, and the serving size (27g) is also smaller than most cereal out there (usually around 40g). $15 for 7 small servings with no redeeming flavor qualities? Pass. Everyone has different taste buds, so we all will feel differently about various snacks out there. I appreciate that my favorite cereal will be different from your favorite cereal, and that's part of what makes this wonderful world of ours go 'round. But for the life of me, I cannot understand how anybody could like this cereal. It's rare I just throw away a product after trying, but this is truly inedible.

I would say this costs about 30% more than it should, but Keto products are seldom cheap. Being back on keto I started craving some sort of sweet treat and this fit the bill. I do wish it was bit less sweet, and I do not see the need for monk fruit as the stevia and allulose (zero impact sweetener) are more than enough sweetener, but it was still a welcome break from cheese and nuts. Overall pretty tasty though. Going to try it with coconut milk today for breakfast. One thing though, though the glycemic scale and the "net carb" thing are valid (the latter less so than the former) I still tend to get the same reaction from certain low carb products as I do their higher carb counterparts. I have a pretty good barometer: heart rate. Simple carbs, or any high carb intake, elevates my heart rate and raises my blood pressure. This sort of did that, though not as dramatically as fruit loops would, so I think it still had an impact on my insulin levels which is not good. So I would caveat my positive review by saying there is still a carb like impact from this product though less so then a sugary treat. The whole thing is to control insulin so sometimes you can't really fool mother nature with net carbs this or that. However, this is dependent on your insulin sensitivity of course, the better it is the more applicable the glycemic scale and net carb metrics are. I happen to have cr*p insulin sensitivity (congenital) so some low carb items are not as different from their carby counterparts as the label would suggest. Just some food for though. Sorry :)

I'm trying to adopt better eating practices, which extends to my breakfast routine. I usually eat healthy (carb-wise and fat-wise) cold cereal or oatmeal for breakfast. These looked tempting, as I could have my sweet cereal but also be practicing healthy eating (relatively speaking). First, the coating of the sweet puffs seems off. They taste sweet but then have a slightly odd aftertaste. They're super crunchy and don't get that much softer with milk. They're not horrible nor are they great; can't really put my finger on why I can't rate these higher. Finally, the price is absurd. Seven servings for $15!!!
