Only one table after food during night helpful for leg calf missal cramp during sleeping.

Didn't see much difference in muscle strength but when i take it, it provides good sound sleep quality u will feel refreshed even sleeping less hours. But make sure to take it in morning as in my experience if u take it in evening it will make u more awake n ur sleep cycle would effect. Best to take with vit d3+k2 after a fatty meal.
