リピ買いしました。私は酸っぱいもずくが苦手で、でももずく食べたーい！と思って探していて見つけました。小さな冷奴の上にこれを砕いて乗せ、熱湯を注いでさらに電子レンジ６００Ｗで１分少々すると美味しいですよ。最近、ダイエット中なのでこれが私の主食となってます。

モズクは体にもいいので、インスタントのものをいろいろ試して、一番口に合ったものを購入すると決めて、リピートしています。味が濃くなくほんのりユズの香りがして上品で、飽きがきません。ちょっとしたお礼としても喜ばれています。

もう少し柚子の香りが際立ってほしい。

ほうれん草など、葉物野菜と冷たくして食していたが、その用途としては味がぼんやりしていた。暑い時期には冷製でサッパリ楽しめるのがフリーズドライタイプの利点だと思っている為きりっと感がややもの足りなかった。
