Occasionally, due to illness, overindulgence, dodgy food or stress, I get stomach issues. I used to take Pepto Bismol, but that is quite difficult to get hold of in the UK. These little sachets are a great replacement and perfect for settling and calming a gripey stomach. They have been invaluable when travelling and have allowed me to attend work or social functions without spending the whole time in the bathroom! The main disadvantage of this medicine is that it doesn't taste very nice but at least it does not contain artificial sweeteners or flavourings. Overall, this Silicogel has helped me on many occasions and I always keep a few sachets in my wash bag for emergencies.

I’m really impressed with this product have suffered from ibsd for years, tried many things without success. This seems to ease my symptoms when they flare up. The small size is handy to take out with you.

I had an unsettled stomach for several days , bloated, gurgly and just out of sorts. This product worked and almost settled my stomach immediately. Within in two days my stomach felt 100% again. A chalky taste, but not unpleasant, with no side effects, I would highly recommend it.

Find these very helpful if heartburn occurs. Useful for holidays.
