We encountered a problem with our device a few months after purchasing, we contacted ieGeek after sales service which were prompt to respond and resolved the issue by replacing the camera without quibble. The replacement is now installed and working perfectly. We are impressed with the picture quality and so easy to set up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and fantastic after sales service.

Amazing camera and functions..motion defection and tracking, you can make a zone perimeter for the camera, if mine goes to high the motion detection and tracking finds the traffic on the road. USB power supply. Excellent connection. It’s on my flat balcony 12 floors up, watching my car. Takes a battering out there wind and rained on..no issues. ONLY BAD POINT I HAVE PTZ is pretty good, that being said. You zoom by pinching the screen like you would to zoom in on a photo, which kills picture quality. 4/5 Zoom function was disappointing or would of been a solid 5/5

Great value for the price. Setup is ok if a bit clunky, but they all seem to be the same. Device is surprisingly good, with very clear video and still shots and easy to use some software.

Good camera but alarm Doesn’t go off during the day only at night so not what was advertised

This is the 4th camera I have purchased from IeGeek and I wouldn't be without them, I purchased this dual band camera as the locations it sited a wall was causing massive signal drop on my wifi, it worked brilliantly for 6 weeks or so and developed a fault where it would not return to its position after motion tracking. a quick email to IeGeeks customer service and after a bit of trouble shooting and I was sent a replacement camera within 48hrs. the picture quality is excellent, motion tracking and alarm features are great. For the price point you wont find better camera and the customer support is quick to reply and extremely helpful

Great cameras, good quality, value for money too.

Camera seems fine but maybe there is a ONVIF problem. I use QNAP QVR Pro to run my cameras but also have HomeAssistant. HA autodetects this camera perfectly but with the same ONVIF settings QNAP QVR Pro cant. Is the problem a bad implementation of ONVIF in the camera or a bad implementation in QVR Pro? No way to be sure but I suspect the problem is on the QNAP side. So if you have a QNAP fileserver running QVR Pro then dont get this camera. Apart from that it seems fine apart from a annoying requirement to load a phone app and register with the manufacturer before you can configure it.

Had a couple of issues with the Camera, Background noise on the sound all the time (even with noise setting set at LOW ) and footage missing from recorded history on SD Card (Card was correct spec) Because of this I contacted their support by email and they always returned my emails within 24 hours. Responses seemed to be a bit automated and not particularly related to my specific problem at first but I eventually received the correct response for my problem. Once they fully understood my problem and all the correct settings were discussed they immediately said they would send a replacement unit to me and it arrived within 48 hrs. The Camera is fairly easy to set up, instructions could be a bit more clear and the very small print on user book is not helpful but I reverted to the PDF download user manual. As far as I can see this camera is only for use with the Igeek Mobile app and cannot be used with any other software. Works O K without the Cloud service and as long as the camera is not stolen you can download and record any special event footage onto the mobile phone memory card if needed. With a 120 G b card you get about 7 days before it overwrites the old footage. Overall a very good product for the price and the picture quality is excellent. Happy with camera and would recommend it.
