This is a great product for neck, shoulder and back issues. It is weighted but stays in place with the snap provided making reading, computer work and relaxing enjoyable. The multiple heating settings help you pick the right warmth and the time settings are helpful too. I would definitely recommend this heating pad.

I purchased this heating pad because it was weighted, and my old heating pad was ready for retirement after just 10 months. I didn’t expect too much, after all it just a heating pad. I was totally surprised after trying it for the first time.As I said before, I love the fact its weighted, it forms and lays flat, making good contact against your body, unlike other regular heating pads. Also, I have bad pain in my neck and the capability to wear it over my shoulders against my neck allows it to lay perfectly to give pain relieving heat exactly where I want it. The heat level is great, it has plenty of heat but does not burn like the plastic ones do. The timer starts at 30 minutes and goes up to 120 minutes in 30-minute increments and shuts off after allotted time. My Mother-in-law gets bad pain in her shoulder and was really hurting just a couple days after I purchased this, so I set it up for her and she absolutely loved it. She says it forms perfectly to her shoulder and gave her relief from her pain, so I lost that one to her and purchased a second one for me. I can’t say enough good about this heating pad, it is by far the nicest one that I ever purchased, and I have purchased many over the years. I highly recommend!

Bought this heating pad for my wife experiencing neck and shoulder stiffness. The effect of the warmth gave her immediate pain relief. It fit well on her neck and shoulders and was easy to control from the heat to setting when to auto shut off. Get buy.

This heating pad is one of the better ones I’ve used. The weight helps it stay in place without needing constant adjustment, and the heat settings are simple to use. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and the snap at the front keeps it from slipping when I’m sitting or moving around. The heat is steady and soothing, great for easing tension at the end of the day. I’ve used it on my neck and shoulders, and even wrapped it around my lower back and legs when needed. The long cord makes it easy to use while watching TV or working from a chair.My only complaint is that the back portion doesn’t reach all the way across the area between my shoulders. That’s where I carry the most tension, so I would have loved just a few more inches of coverage.Even so, I find myself reaching for it daily. It’s warm, easy to clean, and helps take the edge off when muscles feel tight or stiff.

I absolutely love this heating pad! My previous one recently broke, so I was on the hunt for a new one to replace it. There are a lot of great things about this item. First of all, it is super soft. You do not have to worry about it feeling itchy or rough if you’re wearing a tank because the fabric is velvety. Secondly, the heating pad is shaped in such a way that it fits on your shoulders and also includes something for your neck. On the other hand, it is not so rigid that it can be easily stored. It also means that you could use it for other parts of your body. I tried it on my stomach, my back, and was even able to wrap it around my legs. Another great feature is that it is weighted. This ensures that the heating pad is not fiddly or moves around when you do. This is also helped by the button closure on the front. My last favorite thing about this product is that you can put a timer for how long you want it to work. You can choose the amount of time and it will then automatically turn off when you are done. This is perfect for people who need it for sleeping.

Overall, this is a good product. It heats well and I like the adjustable timer.It is smaller than expected, especially with wide shoulders... it feels like it is constricting.The heating is also uneven (probably due to the fit)... the back of my neck gets really hot while the outer edges of my shoulders are only warm.I will probably just unfold it and use it as a regular heating pad since I do not have the packaging materials to return it. Not sure if I would recommend or not.
