Not an easy question to answer really. I'm not medically trained but a lack of vitamin D makes you tired during the winter from lack of sunshine. I suspect they work if you feel better after taking them for a while. I just take them as a booster. If you think you are struggling with low Vitamin D (many people do) then I think you need a blood test to check what your levels are. I doubt this supplement would solve a severe shortage of Vitamin D. My wife had a vitamin D problem and that needed a supplement 20x higher (7 days @1 per day, 7 days @1 every other day then 2 weeks @1 per week). We both take these gummies as a supplement to maintain levels rather than resolving a shortage. If you have concerns I would seek medical help to decide what is needed.

No idea and label does not say. They are pectin made and vegan suitable.

Easy to consume and taste OK unlike most huge tablets. I do feel better since taking these now the winter months are starting, hard to tell whether this is related to these or not though.

Great way to replenish your vitamins

Felt I was lacking in vitamin D after a year of being indoors, and these definitely help. After taking them for a few days I felt a little less sluggish and I feel better knowing my body isn't lacking in vitamins. Easy to chew and the flavour is nice
