OK chemical solution to cleaning patio. Cheap bleach is just as effective

This is such. Great product- it really works so I now have no need to pressure wash my patio nor the concrete paving path the front of my house. It’s absolutely solved the black spot problem on the sandstone ! Although I’d recommend if you have black spot growth on your patio to at least double the strength of the mixture or even use a stronger mix. I’ve used Patio Magic for over 5 years now and it’s saved so much time and effort. It doesn’t work immediately but after 6 -8 weeks you will really notice the difference. Recommend.

Excellent results. Took only a day for a noticeable transformation and on the second day it looked like a miracle! A patio that never looked so new and clean that previously was covered in green algae and moss. It was so easy to use and required no effort. Very quick results. You dilute it in water as instructed in a watering can with a shower head attachment, walk around pouring it onto the patio after moving any objects out of the way first and for 5 litres is enough for a small patio but for bigger areas you would need more than 5 litres. Just leave and walk away. Make sure you check weather forecast first as best done when no rain for a few days. Keep pets indoors when you apply this. Don't allow pets or wildlife to walk on this product until it has completely dried up. Read instructions.

Used as directed... It says it cleans over weeks / months, it's been a month now and I can't see a lot of difference. Path only 2 years old. Perhaps I'm not as patient as I thought!

So so with the product. Appears to perform better with a stronger dilution. Could be down to my paving. I sprayed with product then after an hours I power washed. Paving came up like new, but I wouldn't say it was any better than previous years with just a power wash. Will be able to judge over winter months to see if prevents the build up of dirt and algae.

I am a massive convert to this. I needed something to clean my patio - got this - didn't really read the instructions that well - used watering can to wet patio - then gave it a scrub - then power washed it. Not a vast change to be honest. i Then read a few more reviews - specifically about how to use it - hindsight is great. I bought some more - followed the instructions and applied to my patio again - and left it to go do it's thing. And it really did do it's thing. It definitely took a good few days, possible a week or more - but the patio has never looked better (my wife's words - not mine - i just stood there, arms outstretched in a 'behold what i have done" manner)- I shouldn't have scrubbed the patio- I shouldn't have jet washed the patio- I should have just poured on the correct concentration as per the instructions - and left it - it was dead easy.I bought the stuff a while ago, and every time i go on the patio i think "i am very pleased with the result - this does deserve a decent review" - so i have finally got round to it - photo attached - please ignore the grass, which needs cutting. Probably need to stop staring at the patio and get on with other jobs
