Sorry not sure what you mean. I have a Karcher 2.14 + standard kit that it came with. This fits on ok and works surprisingly well.

Can I use this item with a degreasant to clean the engine?

As the foam type cover dries up i don't see any reason why you could not use the foam jet but only the foam not the water spray, but use care always when cleaning the engine as you can damage electrical conections.

Do I add only the concentrated detergent and no water or I need to fill up with water after the detergent? how much detergent and how much water?

Depends on what detergent you are using. Most will come with instructions.What are you using it for? If for car washing I'd recommend ValetPro snow foam, as this foams up well (fill to first bottom marker then the rest warm water).Most work slightly better being topped up with warm water.Karcher's foam lance is ok, does a ok job, but there are better ones out there. With other snow foam you will need to experiment a bit to get it right.
