My rafters are 300mm apart. Will this product fit?

These vents are brilliant. We have had no condensation since we installed them. Yes they will fit and you don't need one ever space. We installed one every 3 rafters and it's solved. Best money we have spent for next to nothing

How many of these do you need in a 3 bed mid terrace, I have already installed 8 easyvents and it’s not enough, still have condensation on the felt.

I put 6 vents in. They appeared to be effective most of time. I'm thinking of having a ridge vents fitted by a roofer. My condensation problem started when extra layer of insulation was fitted in roof space.

I see many reviews (good) for helping with condensation. However, has anyone used or noticed benefits during the summer in terms of helping cooling?

I installed these in my loft at the beginning of the year to add ventilation to reduce/eliminate condensation. Over the weekend 17th and 18th June (hottest weekend in UK for a few years) the loft did seem cooler than previous years when I installed the vents I made sure that the insulation was pulled away from the eves to give additional ventilation so it could be a combination of the two.

Do these vents make much of a difference. I have the old bitumen roofing felt with some tile vents but still tend to get condensation.

Hi, Thanks for your question reference the lap vents. Yes, they work, what you need to do is install a couple low down the roof and a couple up high, front and back and side if you have it. This helps as is forms a thru draft. Hoping this info helps Regards Alliance Remedial Supplies
