Let down by wifi connection to Android device.
Great camera, great gimbal, however every time DJI do an update the reliability of the app gets worse. Wifi only connection which I have found choppy at best. (Android) might be OK on iOS. None of my products are officially tested, so you need to be aware if it will be used for mission critical filming. This is a common complaint apparently.

Not worth the money and unreliable results.
Sometimes the videos and images are crisp and clear and at other time you see out of focus images and even camera shake. The camera moves around even when it's on a tripod, making it useless for long exposure or night time-lapse. The WiFi connection suffers form interference on some Samsung phones, making it impossible to see what the camera is looking at and the audio is useless unless you buy a very good external mic, and even then you have to adjust the WiFi frequencies to stop the audio interference.I lost a few good holiday snaps in bright daylight due to blurry photos and as a pro I had to re-visit some shoots and take another camera as the videos were very poor quality despite being set to 4K. Great camera!
Unlike the reviews before me. I have used this camera several times with no issues. It is important to keep the app up to date and the firmware on the osmo up to date to ensure best results. Also, to check that it is the correct app by dji for the osmo, as there are two available and only one will work correctly with the osmo. As for attaching it to a tripod, it pretty much defeats the object of buying the product! Why buy a camera mounted to a gimbal designed to keep it steady while moving and then try and stabilise it with a tripod; there are other cameras that achieve this more effectively. As for using the osmo+ as it is intended, I have never had an issue and would definitely recommend it. A final point of note is that a smartphone with a case will fit in the holder, so long as it doesn’t make the phone too thick and bulky.

Brick on a Stick
Quite possibly the single worst product I've ever bought. It's okay when it works and "when it works" is the key issue here. DJI's support for this is appalling. For what it's worth, I've got Canon and GoPro products. This isn't the first bit of camera tech I've experienced.I also own a MAVIC PRO, which, in terms of support, feels like it came from a different company. The latest firmware (v1.6.1.0) bricks the OSMO+ and, like others are experiencing, my app now thinks it's connected to a Phantom. It even gives me the option to take off, and things have gotten so ridiculous of late it really wouldn't surprise me if the fan sped up and it did. This is after numerous others issues, not least of which has been the infinite focus, which has worked for a long time.I really don't get it. DJI have this gap in the marketplace pretty much to themselves yet seem to want to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. For all it's good points, mainly the abundance of accessories that can extend the functionality of the OSMO+, after six months of ownership, I simply cannot recommend it for anything but casual non-professional use. I know of videographers losing work and their reputation over this product right now. I won't be able to record a once in a lifetime family even tomorrow. No amount of features can ever compensate for that.

Excellent all in one gimbal
Used this for over a year and the image quality and stabilisation is brilliant. Improvement significantly with recent firmware updates. Very highly recommended
