Does it Have a kite mark?

There is no kite mark, but there is a CE label detailing the use of new materials only, poly fibers. There is also a label with 'suitable from birth' printed on it.

Does this have a rattle inside

No the elephant does not have a rattle inside but we do have a matching rattle that can be bought separately - the code is B00V5CHODS. This range is really cute, super soft for baby, washable and is safe to tumble dry too. Hope this helps. Mousehouse :)
