This book is such a great deal - it is beautifully illustrated, slick-expensive paper, opens flat, has TABLE OF CONTENTS AND INDEX!!! Is 128 pages. I had bought this as a gift for an avocado lover but ended up returning after I looked through the book. Most if not all of the recipes used avocado as a garnish, like an after thought. None of the recipes had avocado as the main ingredient.
