Don't both, they are totally crap, when you see them in your hand, they are nothing like the picture sadly, buy something better for your cake. I hope this helps you.

Are these vegan friendly please?

no idea sorry, they are just printed with vegetable dye (I assume) onto rice paper but other than that, I do not know. I did not look at the packet when I received them.

How do you stick these on the cake

The only way is to stick on with icings. To be honest they were not easy as you had to cut round them.
