Great choice if your gums are fragile or sick, or if you are using soft brushes. This mouthwash is effectively cleaning remaining food that soft brush can not pick up. Also it's the best mouthwash I've tested against my often inflamed gums.

EDIT** 3 weeks after using and my Ginivitus has gone!!!!! I didn’t get to use my water pik as it arrived broken and I had to return it. So between this mouth wash and manual flossing my gum are healing. Very strong taste and aftertaste like from childhood- after visiting a dentist. Interesting mouthwash. It is completelly transparent and bottle itself is greyish tint to make it look like liquid is not transparent. Did notice also that gym inflammation did reduce under my bad tooth.

Waited a month to post the review. After trying corsodyl mouth wash before hand for a gum issue and bleed. This product won hands down. At first it was a bit of a shock taste wise but you soon get used to it. More importantly after 2 weeks use it healed my gum issue and helped to bring my gum line back to a more pinky colour. So well worth it , strong but worth it 100%
