Is this suitable for adults?

Yes I have used at body painting parties with other adults and have been to body painting events that is it as it easy to use and very multifunctional. Gor everything from Halloween, parades to Solitude celebrations

Does the pint wash off with soap and water or do I need some sort of make up remover.

Yep, the Face paint washes off with soap & water! Really easy too. The only downside is that younger kids tend to wipe it off as soon as its on! :)

Are these paints the same as the larger size pots? Are they as highly pigmented?

Hi, no they are not the same size as the big pots but they are as highly pigmented. We bought them for my Grandsons birthday and christening party as we wanted a small handy kit, these worked perfectly.
