I haven't been taking it for long so I don't know if it's helping, but I think it is. And the product itself is good. The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. It has no fillers and is just natural, plant based calcium in a plant based capsule. If you can't swallow capsules you can open these up and tip it into your mouth. The calcium actually dissolves in your mouth and just tastes a bit chalky.

I ran a chemical analysis on these tablets and they do have a substantial calcium content (unlike other supplements I've tested) and no heavy metals were detected.

Arrived quickly in the right size packet, so no wasted space. I twist open the capsule and pour the powder straight into my mouth. The taste is fine with just the slightest hint of seaweed. I do the same with coral calcium and think that this vegan calcium is just a bit finer. Two of these vegan calcium capsules contain 608mg of calcium, whereas the 2 of the coral calcium capsule I take contain 350mg. So these vegan capsules are slightly smaller and contain nearly twice as much calcium. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the packet states, "Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding". As doctors have virtually zero training in diet or nutrition, this statement seems a bit pointless as doctors would not have a clue. Other supplement companies write, "Consult your health care professional if ....", or they write, "Take 2 per day unless advised by your health care professional". Generally speaking, health care professionals do have training in diet and nutrition, whereas doctors are only trained in drugs.

I always take this calcium together with my D3 tabs (for bone health) to ensure the D3 is absorbed. It is a way of life and wouldn't be without it.

Seems fine easy to swallow not able to say if they are effective taking them because I have osteopenia and can’t tolerate Ad Cal
