this is simply a brilliant product. it contains magnesium and lavender. the fragrance of lavender is very soothing. it really promotes a good nights sleep. the magnesium helps with stiff muscles. after a hard day or when i can not sleep i find a few sprays of this will do the trick. i would highly recommend this

Very effective, non oily spray that absorbs quickly- really helps you get to sleep! Only downside (as with any topical magnesium) to be aware of is that it is very drying to the skin. Would recommend putting a thick cream over the top once fully soaked in to avoid dry skin

What can I say, wow! I suffer from the lack of sleep due to many factors. I've been using other products in this range for around a month now and they help my pain from RA and the muscle cramps I get from a dvt I've had since the beginning of the year. But, I still wasn't sleeping great, so I thought I would try the sleep spray. As I'll do anything to get a good night's sleep. The first night I woke up only once, but went back off straight away, which I never do. I thought it was just a coincidence. Last night I slept right through for the first time in over 20 years. Long may this continue! One very happy customer here!!😃 Using it on my feet like many people recommend, plus using the normal magnesium oil on my legs, hips, back and arms, has helped my RA pain, the combination of helping pain and helping sleep is just what I needed, pills have not helped. I highly recommend this product!

Well.. I was dubious at first to use this as a lot of these sprays are just gimmicks but myself and husband both sprayed it on, me for my achy feet and him for his restless legs and we sat there waiting!! I felt it within minutes and just sat there waiting to see if he said something as wondered if it was in my head and sure enough after 10 minutes my husband said blimey that actually works! Have been using it ever since and will continue to buy. 10 out of 10 from us.

I love the scent. It’s beautiful. I appreciate that aroma is often considered subjective. However, in my view, this easily rivals the lavender smell offered by products from fairly premium ranges, such as ThisWorks. If I could give six stars on smell alone, I would. I’m terms of efficacy, it appears to be a great solution. I’ve suffered from intermittent and idiopathic Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) since I was probably around ten years old. I’m now thirty, so—just like my mum—I accept it begrudgingly. Given that I typically only experience it a few times per month, I just put up with the RLS. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things that I probably would never go out of my way to buy something for under normal circumstances. However, over the past few years, I have been prescribed multiple strong opioid pain relief capsules/tablets/liquids/patches. My aim is to withdraw from these drugs as I no longer experience pain. However, for anyone in my position, you will know it is NOT a fun process to withdraw from opioids, even when coordinated carefully and slowly with full support from a medical professional. I would estimate that these opioid withdrawals have amplified my RLS by a factor of two or three, turning the annoying into the unbearable. The magnesium does a great job of staving off this more intense version of RLS. It doesn’t eliminate it completely but it does help. I have a few minor gripes. Firstly, the spray is very sticky; I would never spray this on directly before bed or putting on clothes. Made that mistake before and won’t again. Instead, I tend to put it on at least 30 minutes before bed/getting dressed. Even once it’s absorbed, I generally still opt for a shower to wash off any excess since it really does get frustratingly tacky on my skin/sheets/clothes. Second minor gripe is the price-to-liquid-volume ratio. I wouldn’t say its a cheap product. That said, very few of these holistic companies/remedies are ever are cheap so this is quite typical. Finally, this is not really a gripe; just an observation. Itching and tingling is prominent during initial applications (as others have noticed, including the manufacturer). However, my tolerance to the magnesium built up very quickly and now I don’t get that irritating sensation anymore. The spray still remains effective at addressing symptoms, however. Here’s to another few good weeks!

Wow a product that actually works. If I wake in the night I fall back to sleep relatively quickly no more tossing and turning for hours. I highly recommend this product.
