It’s great crib I ever had this is my second purchase

I bought this item for my baby but it did not turn on. I plugged it into several wall outlets as well as changed out the extension but all it did was show green lights for 2 seconds and nothing. I tried to start a return but they sent me a shipping label that states "postage required" This item comes in a big and quite heavy box, and it will cost a lot to return. Why should I pay to return a faulty item? I contacted the seller to give me a prepaid shipping label and got no response. The phone number they have listed goes straight to voicemail. If you're really wanting this item, it's sold on Walmart's website, get it there because at least the return process will be easy if you don't approve.

Quality is not great but features are awesome for this price. Electric swing, timer are much needed. Helps to soothe baby and makes my son fall to sleep without much hassle.

I bought two pf these the first one tje bottom.fell.out with.the baby in it after just a few months havin.it amd the second one the plastic hoisin the leg screws into broke about a month and half after havin it they do not stand behind their product nor does Amazon stand behind them u can't even get a phone number for the seller which is kinda screwey

Broke in one day and for return we have to pay it. Be aware

It’s easy to put the baby in sleep but at the same time it’s risky for the baby coz they might fall when we rock them
