we are looking for a sturdy/stable bar height table for making and serving drinks. won't shake if someone knocks it. is this the right table for that?

We are using it in a school setting as a laptop bar. It is set up against a wall, so it has been fairly stable. I'm not sure if you were to set up the table in the middle of an area, and someone accidently bumped it how sturdy it would be.

I am looking for a table that will adjust to children’s height. Does this lower to a height suitable for kids?

I don't have it because it was too long for my space. What do the specifications say. If it lowers to 24 inches that should work. I was going to have mine against a wall and it was a bit tippy so you might think about that if it it full height.
