Does this watch have timer?

Hi Dimitris, I only had the watch for one day - I couldn't get it to work. It wouldn't register my heart beat. I sent it back and bought another brand. Sorry I can't help .

Has this an accurate heart monitoring when on the wrist??

The wrist watch is a readout of the heart monitor - which is fastened to your chest with an elasticated band. I have found it to be accurate - although it does need you to be 'warmed-up' as it only reads the heart beats when you start to sweat. Otherwise you need to moisten the terminals on the chestband.
