Prescribed by GP and have kept my B12 levels to where they need to be !!

OK, but a bit powdery so some might find them difficult to swallow

Placed order and received next day product seems to be ok hard to tell with product ingredients as it’s a tablet but ok so far

Have been using these for a few years now as I do not absorb B12 from food. Went from low B12 levels to maintaining a steady normal level since taking. I have to take 3 a day mind, for them to work, but they have worked just as well as perscription B12.
