I do quite like the design and it is pleasant to use
I spent hours scrolling through the reviews and FAQs regarding this package before taking the plunge, so this contains all the questions I considered.Screens: I have identical, black Dell screens. The stand allows you to turn the screen 360 (an upside down screen, for example) and you can adjust the height within a wide range. Attaching them to the stands was a breeze and required no tools (just click the stand into the back of the monitor).Keyboard: Looking at it now, I do quite like the design and it is pleasant to use. However, I am not a gamer, and therefore I find the yellow control keys (displayed in the picture) rather vulgar. Otherwise, no issues whatsoever, so that is all down to opinion.Mouse: The mouse matches the keyboard, and is one of the best I have had. The design is sleek, all black with a small yellow logo. Click wheel and forward/backward buttons are found on the side, great for browsing. Seems to track well on the book I am currently using, but it fails to perform when it is tracking on the desk itself, but I have not managed to get a mat as of yet to properly test it out.Computer: I will tell you know, the unit is bigger in size than what you currently have in mind. I could be wrong, but I think this is a refurbished HP Pro business computer as they tend to have higher specs than consumer ones, meaning they can pick up older systems that still perform well. Mine is designed to lay flat rather than on its side like a tower, but it seems to work fine wherever you stand it. It's near silent and also loaded with USB ports (I have counted ten - four on the front, six in the back).Operating system/software: The company are aware, but you DO NOT get Microsoft Office included in this deal as advertised. It is Office Suite, which is about as close as you can get to Office. Plus, Google Chrome (which is already on their alongside Internet Explorer) offers Office Online, which is a cloud-based version of Office that is FREE! The Security is also not McAfee, but Windows Defender. I don't know much about anti-virus software, but it was easy to activate and seems to be scanning some s***.Webcam: Cheap and cheerful, no set up required as it is simply plug in and play. However, I can't seem to just use the webcam on it's own, to shoot a video, for example. You have to use a video-based application (like Skype) to use it, but there are apps that allow you to use the camera for general purposes. Luckily, it matches the screen and is neat and fairly discreet.Speakers: USD powered (thank god, I've already got 10 plugs in two sockets) with good volume and clarity. The two speakers are cponnected by one wire (which, for me, is too short) with another two wires coming out of one speaker, the USB and the Audio lead that goes into the headphone jack (at the back or front, there is around four jacks).Setting it up: Easy as pie. Click the screens, plug the leads in and it is done. Start it up, create your profile and user account, activate your genuine Windows by entering the product key on the side of the unit, activate the anti-virus and voila! You're done. Personalise as you wish.Delivery: This was meant to be delivered, at the latest, around ten days after my order was placed. However, UPS had a different date and I ended up getting it two days past the deadline that was listed. TechMeOut claim UPS caused it to be late, and I must say the problem did seem to be UPS and not the company.Customer service: TOP QUALITY. Usually, I wouldn't write a review for a while to ensure the product lasts. But the service has been absolutely brilliant, especially for an online firm, and I am confident I will be looked after even if something does go sour. Emails are answered within hours, you get a ONE YEAR guarantee (that's the same as in PC World etc...), you can customise your system if you want to add on extras and, impressively, they were also very upfront and honest when problems did arise. I like that.Bottom line - this is a bargain and you really do get value for money. It's a fantastic system that looks better than I expected (albeit slightly mismatch). If you are considering taking the plunge, I can confidently say - it is worth it.

Don't Buy This Junk
This is by no means a "gaming pc" it's a pc, yes, it is a pc but it lacks the power to run shooting games on steam and such. The picture is incredibly misleading and scandalous! the first blatant sign is that the webcam is clearly photoshopped on crudely and the monitors are just the same monitor but reversed! the first monitor's "dell" sign is backwards and the speakers, webcam, keyboard and mouse are all incorrect, the actuall objects i recieved were not even the same brand! After a couple of months my audio stopped working and bugged out, don't buy this trash, it's not worth your money. Don't Buy This Junk

It's OK
3 *s as there was a few things that I noted once the system arrived. That being1) Monitors were not Dell and instead were HP2) Was not supplied correct leads to connect to monitors, so customer support had to send me out the correct lead / adaptor.3) 10 is the actual number of usb ports my unit has got and not the 12 usb's as stated in the description.4) The Keyboard was a different colour ( not that I care about that )5) This has got nothing to do with the seller, but I've uninstalled Windows 10 as it is an awful Operating System. It's like a virus with pop ups here, updates there, etc... Again Windows 10 not a very good Operating System.

great pc, not a super high end gaming pc ...
great pc, not a super high end gaming pc but you get what you pay for or in this case more then you pay for. the computer is still running perfectly after nearly a year and the quality of the monitors, keyboard, mouse and speakers are all reasonable quality as well as you get a few other bits with it. this is ideal if you just want to buy everything in one to set up a home pc, you dont need to buy anything besides this, it comes with everything needed to set up and run.

Great Purchase But Not Perfect
Great Pc And Great Seller! Having Two Monitors Is Really Nice, Also The Mouse And Keyboard Are Good Quality As Well As The Speakers And Other Bits. The Pc Plays Everything And Is Really Smooth And Also The Monitors Are Quality. This Is Worth Every Penny Spent, Could'nt Recommend It Enough!2 MONTHS LATERSo I've had this setup for a bit now and overall it it great, but not perfect. After some heavy use its starting to show its flaws. It isn't the best pc for gaming as it can't play many new games as it's just not good enough but you can upgrade it so it's fixable and it can play a lot of games but on some it will struggle. By no means is this purchase a bad one as you are really getting your money's worth and the pc will last you a bit but over time you will want to upgrade to a better one. This is a great purchase for Any one looking to get into pc gaming but if youve been gaming on a pc for a while I would say this is a great purchase but if you have the money buy a better one. (It also is quite noisey)

This pc is amazing. I don't actually use it for gaming so ...
This pc is amazing. I don't actually use it for gaming so I can't comment on that but I wanted a pc that would go fast enough for me. I run a business from home and use for personal too and am sick of an older pc that seemed to take forever to load some pages at times. This loads pages super quick and is an absolute pleasure to use. I am fussy with keyboards (as a trained typist) and this is actually a very nice feel to it as you type. I did have a question for TechMeOut and they were super quick to answer me which I found very positive as I get sick of poor aftersales in many places. I would highly recommend this pc.

Horrible Scam
Just don't.. This PC was a horrible investment on my part. I got this when I had no k owledge of computers a while back and now realise that all parts in it were 10+ years old and horrible for gaming. It will run games like League of Legends no problem but come to even 5 year old releases? Forget about it. Let alone the latest releases.. Awful con for people who know little on PCs for gaming.
