Great For My Gin.
Great item.Fill the bottom part about 10mm above the lower shapes on a flat surface then place the top mould on. You should get just a small amount of water come out of all the top holes and no air.Carefully place flat in a freezer and 24 hours later, balls.

Not cracked getting perfect spheres. Either I overfill and get extra ice around the edge or a 'nipple' at the top or under-fill and get a flat edge.No funnel included either, but I found my own. But when it works, they are impressive ice cubes that a friend in the pub industry was impressed by. I bought two trays as only making 4 at a time is laborious if you have guests coming. They need overnight to freeze really.

these are really good and funnel helps pouring from kettle into mild. ice cubes really easy to take out. really good for any spirit. good to use these moods and build up a stock pile. use boiled water for clearer cubes

Work really well for long drinks, you do end up with an ice "nipple" so you end up with a little ice boob bobbing around in your glass but hey first world problems!
