Great item

I bough one of these so I could safely sling a cheap waterproof digital camera round my neck on a sea kayaking trip. For £2.99 my expactations were moderate, but the item is actually pretty well made. The fixing loop is very thin, but stong - perfect for the tiny fixing bar on my particular camera. The clip felt secure and gives a confidence inducing click, so it gave me no worry that I would end up with the lanyard round my neck while my camera plunged to the depths. I did unclip it and investgate how the fixing loop was held in the clip and added an extra knot for peace of mind though! It is as long as it says, but I'd have liked a bit more - taking it off over my head was a bit of an issue (esp with a hat) and for using the camera I had to fix it to the front of my wetsuit/PFD to get the camera far enough in front of my face for comfort. Otherwise great.

Cheap but good product had no issues with it.

I have used this cord twice and it snapped on the second usage almost losing my camera. No good for anything of any value.

I bought it to attach to my black view phone as it can film underwater. I use it also to keep safe when out and about. Long enough to attach to your belt and operate the phone.

Just in case anyone is looking to buy this as a clip that would fit the lanyards supplied with Exposure bike lights... It's not compatible.Nothing wrong with this clip whatsoever, just don't buy it for that purpose, it's close, but not quite the same.
