Excellent exercise tool
I recently started an exercise class where resistance bands are used regularly so I purchased this item to use in class. This band is a medium tension and has handles which make it easier to use. It has withstood 6 months of use and has held up well. I would purchase this again and recommend it.

I am very upset that after using for a while it broke while I was working out and smacked me across my back thank god it just left a mark on both sides ofMy back but didn’t hit my face if this is how long it’s supposed to work I wouldn’t buy it
