Great product and fits perfectly

We ran out of dust bags for the vacuum cleaner and initially decided to source them from the local store. S-Bag Disposable Dustbags were selling for £9.99 for a pack of 4. I had a look on Amazon, at the time, they were selling the same bags for £4.25. I bought 7 lots. They are made by Philips so great quality.

Bag differs from the one we got with the vacuum as it has plastic part where the hose goes in. Pros - more solid and doesn't get dump Cons - not great for the environment. Bags are better from the original ones we got with the vacuum. Highly recommend.

The paper material bags are okay

I originally thought I had received the wrong product because the packaging looked completely different from the photos shown on the Amazon product page. After contacting the seller, they explained that the bags are authentic S-bag products directly from the manufacturer, but with different packaging. I checked the vacuum bags and they do fit my vacuum cleaner perfectly. The seller responded quickly and clearly, and the issue was resolved. I even ordered two more packs afterwards. My only suggestion is to update the product photos on the listing so customers know what to expect. Overall, good product and helpful customer service.
