I bought this because it says it fits most European/UK faucets and it was a reasonable price. Also glad that you can simply order replacement filters on Amazon too. I found it easy to install (comes with adaptors in case you need them). Later, I emailed customer service asking how to change the filter and Isabel IMMEDIATELY sent me a video showing how to do it which is super easy. I bought a second one for my daughter which had the handle stuck too tight and immediately Isabel in customer service offered to send free replacement. I highly recommend this product for its fair price, good quality filtering capability, ease of use and of securing replacement filters and especially for customer service!!' That especially gave me confidence in the product. Update April 2019 That said, sometimes the plastic knob ends up causing unfiltered side to leak even when the knob is upall the way to allow filtered water. Need replacement unit.

I am sure this would be good and the seller was extremely helpful but I can’t seem to get the fittings for my particular tap.

What can I say: Tapp really does what it says. living in central London, water quality isn't the greatest and buying bottled water isn't all that economic or practical. I found out about this from a friend and I thought i'll give it a try and I've loved it. So easy to set up. Does't require any skills, you just screw it onto the tap and here we go! The water comes out fresh and light. No more limescale taste or limescale in the kettle. Even I could notice the difference in taste. And the best part of all, I can take it with me wherever I travel :) It's small and easy to carry. You can also change the filters and track their status on an app! A true blend of technology and art :)

I bought Tapp 1as I'd used many water filteration units to provide a way to avoid buying bottled water and reduce hard water effects. With a young family I needed an affordable solution that was easy to use with children no did not take up space. Tapp has exceeded every expectation. Very easy to install, (took me 10 mins), and works beautifully. I'm constantly asked by visiting friends and family, since installing, where they can buy as the water tastes great. Thanks Tapp, I won't ever look back and bought shower attachment which I'm equally thrilled with.

Amazing for the first couple of weeks, but then the water starts to taste nasty as normal. I used to drink from the tap during the first two to three weeks. But now I'm back to bottled water, because this has a funny taste.The shower head is brilliant though

Product was good for as long as it was working. Only after less than six months of use it started leaking and in the end we had to send it back for a refund. Why to sell refill cartridges for a product which only lasts for few months.

This is easy to fit and has a convenient switch which allows you to use normal unfiltered water e.g. if doing the dishes. I like how it filters cold water in a matter of seconds (it works best with low pressure) rather than waiting for minutes for my other filter which makes all the difference. I've also been concerned about the environmental and cost impact of throwing out replaceable filters for a while now so this is a great solution for me.
