Excellent, just what I was looking for. I wanted an epilator and not a shaver which is a confusing product description. Perfect for eyebrows. Works well, easy to use. I didn't want the face cleanser attachment but an added bonus I suppose. Overall I am really happy with it. Well done Braun. 😀

Had this product for years and then it broke. Put off buying a new one due to the price, but now I have I wish I'd done sooner. Solid build and does the job quickly and easily. Happy to have it again!

I purchased the Braun FaceSpa SE810 to address fine facial hair, and it has been effective in that regard. The device is compact and easy to handle, making it convenient for use on delicate areas like the upper lip and chin. The epilator head captures fine hairs, providing smooth results that last up to four weeks.However, I found that it struggles with thicker or coarser hair. For these hairs, the device often pulls without fully removing them, which can be uncomfortable. Additionally, the battery life is relatively short, requiring frequent replacements for each use.The included facial cleansing brush is a nice bonus, offering gentle exfoliation and deep cleansing.Overall, is a good option for fine facial hair removal but may not be suitable for those with thicker hair or those seeking longer battery life. Also the box was slightly damaged

(UPDATE I had intended to send this product back due to a faulty connection but during covid restrictions it was difficult so I kept it. It’s great when it works)I haven’t used the cleansing brush yet but marked on motor strength. (It’s poor at times)I have used the epilator and I’m pleased with it. It does however have a problem when held at a certain angle or used for more than a few seconds the power seems to drop, I thought at first it was poor batteries but it isn’t. There is a connection problem.If it wasn’t for this I’d have given 5 stars as I do actually think it’s a great size and fabulous when it works. I genuinely like it and would have loved to give it full marks. It wasn’t expensive and does work for me but if you needed it for a lot of hair removal it may not be for you. I have now noticed in reviews that others have had the same problem.I’d love this and recommend it if reliable, it’s disappointing and it has put me off of buying the new version which would be an expensive waste if it doesn’t work properly either.

i was very dubious about purchasing this item due to the fact I am a total wimp when it comes to pain!! I did ask questions to others about it and was glad they were truthful in their answers! Yes, it does hurt (but not nearly as bad as I thought it would) but no more than if you were to get your upper lip waxed. I found that if you do it properly, the hair regrowth is pretty slow (on average 3/4 weeks) and well worth the few minutes of being sore during the hair removal. When I tired it on my legs, it was a lot less painful and I found I could stand it for quite a bit longer. My problem was trying to reach round to do the back of them, but this is a personal physical problem rather than an epilator problem The facial brush is a lovely extra and I have felt the difference already, The only downside is that it does go through batteries quite quickly, but I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.

Being a South Asian woman, I am aware that I am probably more hairy that the average Caucasian woman. However, I have seen much hairier faces than mine and expected this product to do the job. And it wasn't necessarily all that cheap either, so I was expecting repetitive, quality results.The machine was great for the first few uses. Removed most hair and made my face look pretty smooth and hair-free...even though a little amount of thin peach fuzz remained. However... after about 4 or 5 uses.. the head began to slow down, lagging continuously and making the process long and painful. Either the product cannot deal with the amount of hair or the product is faulty. I uses the little brush to clean the epilator head, looked after it as the manual said... it just began to lag a lot... at time.. even needed to be prompted to rotate by my fingers. So I got the item replaced, which I must say was a very smooth and easy process. No hassle.New one arrives. Same problem after the same amount of time. And cannot even return it now. Waste of money. The brush head is okay, I guess. But its just a brush that vibrates ever so slightly. Nothing really to see or pay for.If the product had continued its performance like the first few uses... it would not be a regret. But unfortunately, its performance is short-lived and disappointing after very few uses.Annoyed at the waste of money!!!!!
