I bought these for a friend as their hair looked thinner due to stress and they said that their hair is growing thicker and I have noticed it is since taking these. I actually made this review for the other 'Biotin and Collagen' tablets I purchased by mistake as I haven't tried those yet.

I love this product.Purchased it before and I could see a massive improvement in my hair condition in a short amount of time. The hair became thicker, fuller and does not shed so much as before. The nails are stronger too.Definitely recommend it.

Only had these for a week so early days to notice any significant benefits. However, easy to take so fingers crossed.

I was looking forward to seeing results as I heard so many things about hair growth, healthy nails and clear skin when taking these, but nothing happened. No change at all after 2.5 months taking them as described. These tablets made me break out, even when drinking lots of water during the day, so stopped taking them after 3 months. There was no change at all rgding hair growth. Nothing happened to my nails. All I got were dark marks/scars on my face from the break out.

Good value and sensible packaging of 120 Tablets. Helped to promote body hair growth ... Noticeable results.

This did not cure the hair thinning,and also i felt no difference after taking these supplements.
