Nice, quality organic cinnamon.
It's an expensive item, but I wanted a nice quality cinnamon to add to a recipe hamper I was making for a gift. These were certified organic, and you do get a lot of sticks (around 25) in this 75g package, so the value per gram is actually pretty good.Soil association gives some authenticity to the "organic" claim (because you do pay a premium for that title).I love to add these to tomato based dishes, or sauces. Just add a stick or two and leave to simmer for while. Perfect accompaniment. Also great for curries. I wouldn't personally recommend for desserts purely because I feel ground cinnamon would be more suitable for them.Happy with the purchase. Very nice.

A tale of 2 cinnamons
I first ordered this cinnamon in 2020, and what I received was the best cinnamon I'd ever had - the smell and taste was amazing!But I ordered more recently, and what I got (batch #2136) was probably the *worst* cinnamon I've ever had - it has literally no smell whatsoever, and barely any taste at all! I'm going to have to bin it and get some more - and I think I'll be getting it from elsewhere :(

Pure Cinnamon Quality
I purchased these after watching what to look for, the flavour is very good the quality of the sticks is excellent. I would definitely buy these again, it is advised to buy from Sri Lanka as this is the purer form of Cinnamon sticks. Thank you
