Instructions for wiring were clear enough for a person with some experience in wiring. Found that the mat laid flat best by hooking up the mat, turning it on, and weighting it with the flooring temporarily on it. Provides a nice heat in my office, one of the colder rooms in my home. Paired with a thermostat that kicks on before I get there, the floor feels good in stocking feet. Plan to purchase this for another room in the house.

This was very easy to install and it works perfectly. It keeps my floors at a constant 75 even during winter. My feet are toasty.
