Lovely bird feeder
Really pleased with this bird feeder. Have plenty of birds feeding from it. Seems good quality but time will tell with durability.

Inferior brand.
I received my feeder with Natures Market label on it, I ordered a Kingfisher feeder as I own one which has and still is doing good service after several years. The two cages have not been spot welded on square to the base making it difficult to align everything with the top. I will be keeping it and doing remedial work to correct everything. Other ways it is a good product but Kingfisher are better.

Absolutely brilliant for the price
For the Price it's Brilliant well built I seen some reviews saying the 3 feeders don't align correctly when putting on the lid I must say it's fine just needs a gentle nudge to get all 3 feeders around the lid lips absolutely Brilliant for the price all I would say is that I had to tie the wire to make it hang a tad higher could of been adjustable but I'm very pleased.

Wouldn’t waste your money.
I have had a triple feeder from pets at home for a few years and it was great. I had been trying to replace it but with no luck so when I found this one on Amazon I thought it would be just as good. I was mistaken - the plastic tube for the seed is so flimsy and is not permanent attached to the feeder.when you try and fill the seeds it topples over and all the seed falls out the bottom. There is a top plate with 3 holes for the different tubes to slot into which is also detached and doesn’t fit the tubes properly. To add insult to injury the birds hate it! I would fill the previous feeder up and it would be stripped in half an hour. I filled this one up last week and hardly a thing has been touched. I have just been out to have a look at it and all the seed is soaking wet. No wonder the birds aren’t interested

Has sum good points
On the plus side:-It arrived earlier than given ETA. The paint finish looks good, but not sure if it is powder coated as it looks too glossy. Size wise, was expecting the tubes to be 200mm tall, but actual size is closer to 300mm, this could be down to the restrictions of Amazon to provide meaningful dimensions for this item, maybe a workaround is to have an image with dimensions on it.On the negative side:-The mount point at the top came away when I unwrapped the feeder, on closer inspection looks like it was badly spot-welded to the threaded bracket, This I suspect is a quality issue in manufacturing.I agree with many of the reviews that have said that it is difficult to align the top onto the cylinders, this is a design issue, the threaded part of the support should have gone down to be level with the top of the cylinders so that the support plate could be secured with a suitable wing nut, was this a cost-cutting decision? Well, the net effect was to earn yourself a bad reputation. So what could have been great product and good value for money has quality issues in both design and manufacturing.

Flimsy and fiddly
This should be a simple idea, 3 bird feeders in one handy package. Let's start with the fact that it arrived broken. The bird seed tube is made of a fairly thin flexible plastic and one of the four perches was loose inside the packaging. Just pop it back in I thought until I looked at the hole where it should go. The bottom edge of the hole where a little plastic tab on the perch should hold it in place was all chewed up, rather like someone may have made an attempt to repair it before now. The perch would no longer hold so as soon as a bird landed on it the seed contents above would spill out. Only solution was to leave the pech off and tape over the hole. The nut feeder and fat ball feeder both looked ok and functional.Filling it was a fairly easy affair, remove the domed top by unscrewing the hanger handle and remove the retaining plate which is a metal circle with three holes cut in it that are supposed to align with the three feeding tubes and hold them in place. Fill the tubes with the relevant feed and then reverse the process, only the retaining plate won't stay in place and just keeps pinging off and sitting roud, preventing the top from being reattached. In the end I had to leave the retaining plate off in order to get the domed lid back on. Once all that was done then yes you can hang it up for the birds to enjoy, but I'm not looking forward to the next time I have to refill it.All in all, not a fun experience and I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this item. I shall stick to separate individual feeders in future.

Service above and beyond
Excellent product, a couple of reviews were detrimental about the quality, but can't see why as totally pleased with the quality especially as its less than half the price of same item on another site!!! Customer service is swift in replying to queries overall totally pleased.

So pleased I bought another one!
I was so pleased with this feeder I bought another for a different part of the garden. Both arrived well-packaged and undamaged. There's no need to remove the "retaining plate" that holds the 3 tubes in place as some reviewers have said; you can fill all 3 easily with it still in place (and if you do take it off it really isn't so very difficult to put back on!) The birds were on the feeder(s) within a very short time of placing them. We don't have a squirrel problem but do have Pine Martens, Badgers and Red Deer Stags and the feeders have so far outwitted them all! Quite heavy when filled (the fat ball tube will take 5 standard-sized) so needs a sturdy branch from which to hang it.
