Does this work on 240v ?

You would need a different adapter for it

What are the actual temps resulting from the various settings 1-6 and fan speed 1-3? Instructions do not say.

Well based on the item that I received the temps would be zero. Mine never worked straight from the box and I actually lost money on the item returning it. Hope this helps
