This device works well for sausage roll sausage meat. I reduced the length with a hacksaw as too long for my purposes. Good to have three different sizes. Easy to clean.

Using. 1cm sized meat chunks the two smaller nozzles wouldn’t work at all, the larger one did but needed a lot of force.

Appalling fit of plunger, not even worth trying, half the contents would definitely ooze out of the back.
