Tastes gorgeous! Really clean, fresh flavour. Floral but not overpoweringly so - not as musky and heavy as rose syrup, lighter, a little grassy and slightly sharp. I've used it for cake icing, faluda, mocktails, milkshakes, frappes, and lattes. It makes a lovely, comforting bed time drink in warm milk. It does tinge the milk light purple, but I think that looks great. The colour looks particularly dramatic in a matcha latte. Tastes good in milky coffee drinks, but for my money the best flavour pairings are with tea - think lavender matcha latte, or lavender London fog (Earl Grey latte). I have a notion it would be great with white chocolate, but I haven't tried that out yet. A little of this syrup goes a long way - I use 2 teaspoons for a full sized latte. So it's pretty good value.

Having had a lavender matcha latte once in a coffee shop chain. I was hooked! So had to make my own at home. Great for the price. Thick and not runny like some syrups and the flavour is all there and not 'thin' Lovely!

Not cheap but my granddaughter loves it.

I really enjoyed the flavour of this syrup, though I do find it has a slight synthetic feel or flavour to it. It’s a beautiful light purple colour so is lovely to see on my syrup caddy. I make iced lattes with this syrup often especially in spring, and I imagine if I did drink alcohol it would be lovely in a botanical cocktail. I can’t remember if it came with a pump, but I ended up using it without one anyway. Good value for money if you like this flavour!

I got this for homemade matcha since Starbucks discontinued their lavender matcha, this is the closest replacement I've been able to find. It isn't overly sweet and doesn't taste synthetic.
